Names on the note

The note is simple. Living or departed, a handful of names, sometimes a sentence of intention. It is not a public notice and not a parish register.

A pilgrim of Palomeya writes what you sent and takes the paper into the shrine. The photograph you later see is for you alone. Other visitors of this site will not read those names.

How the place receives a note differs: a basket, a side altar, the hush of a crypt. The pilgrim follows the custom of the house and does not invent a rite.

Write the names as they are spoken at home. The journey is already enough; the paper need not be long.
