Balance and returns

If a shrine is closed or a pilgrim cannot go, the visit waits for the next journey. It does not expire while months remain on a subscription.

If the visit cannot be done within twice the published time, or if you ask to cancel before the visit is underway, the sum returns to your Palomeya balance. It is not sent back to the card.

The balance pays any later order: another shrine, a gift, or a monthly plan.
